HSVM chuẩn bị và quản lý hồ sơ từ đầu đến cuối. Anh/chị chỉ ký, có mặt, xác minh danh tính hoặc thực hiện bước mà cơ quan yêu cầu đích danh. HSVM prepares and manages the case from beginning to end. You only sign, appear, verify your identity, or complete a step when the authority specifically requires you to do so.

HSVM không bao giờ nhận hay giữ bản gốc cho dịch vụ này. Where the originals go: You send HSVM photos or scans for pre-checking and preparation. The originals or agency-certified copies stay with you, and you present them yourself at the SSA office. HSVM never receives or holds your originals for this service.

Bước cơ quan yêu cầu đích danh: Anh/chị tự ký đơn xin ITIN và tờ khai thuế nộp kèm; hồ sơ đứng tên anh/chị nên chữ ký phải là của anh/chị. Step the authority requires of you personally: You sign the ITIN application and the tax return filed with it yourself — the filing is in your name, so the signature has to be yours.

Bản gốc đi đường nào: Anh/chị gửi HSVM ảnh chụp hoặc bản scan để chuẩn bị đơn W-7. Hộ chiếu bản gốc hoặc bản sao có chứng thực anh/chị giữ, rồi gửi thẳng cho IRS qua bưu điện (IRS có thể giữ đến 60 ngày) hoặc xuất trình trực tiếp tại văn phòng IRS (TAC) hay đại lý CAA. The original or certified passport stays with you — you mail it directly to the IRS (the IRS may hold it up to 60 days) or present it in person at an IRS office (TAC) or to a CAA. HSVM hướng dẫn anh/chị đi đúng đường, nhưng không thể lấy mã thay anh/chị, và người khai thuế chuyên nghiệp cũng không thể. You verify your own identity with the IRS — through your online account, through a verification phone call, or in person at a Taxpayer Assistance Center. HSVM guides you to the right path, but cannot retrieve the PIN for you, and neither can a tax preparer.
