Giấy tờ Hoa Kỳ chứng minh quốc tịch được HSVM xin cấp bản mới. Property documents are usually already in Vietnam. Family can certify copies at the commune People's Committee or a notary office — no power of attorney needed. US documents proving nationality are obtained fresh by HSVM.
