Vì sao? Văn bản ủy quyền cần công chứng để có giá trị pháp lý — nếu không công chứng đúng cách, người được ủy quyền tại Việt Nam có thể không thực hiện được việc đó. Why? The document needs proper notarization to be legally valid — without it, the person authorized in Vietnam may not be able to act.
